Customers please note that all artwork is reproduced from scratch unless uneditable print ready artwork is supplied (High Res, PDF converted to curves, correct size including 3mm bleed all round. Text must be at least 3mm away from the cutting edge.
Please note Canva artwork has to be imported into our production design programs and sometimes can corrupt, in which case we will need to redo the artwork which will be charged for per hour) and whilst we endeavor to do this perfectly there is always room for human error. For this reason a proof of the artwork is always sent for your approval prior to printing the job. Please proof the attached copy carefully for spelling errors, omissions, colour, images, and layout accuracy. Only once we received your sign off on the proof and payment will the job go into print production. It is YOUR responsibility to correct any errors! Once the artwork has been approved by email, Ember Marketing Pty Ltd accepts NO responsibility for errors on the artwork and no refunds will be issued. We will however always accommodate if a client missed a minor error by mistake by reprinting at a discounted rate.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER NOTICE:
Please be aware there may also be a 10-15% colour variation from screen to print as well as paper stock. We are more than happy to produce a digital colour sample print if you would like to check colours before proceeding to print at a cost of R150 for the sample (Paid upfront) which will be deducted from the total when the full order has been placed. If the full order is not placed, the R150 sample fee is non refundable. Our turn around time is 4-5 working days for digital printing, 8-10 working days Litho printing, promotional gifts and apparel 10-12 working days (Dependent on stock). Rush jobs can be arranged – This will incur a rush fee depandant of quantity required and client timing available. We strive to give all our clients excellent service and quick turnaround however loadshedding or machine breakdowns do occur and may increase lead times, however should this be the case we will keep you updated on your order.
